IRS came out as scheduled cleaned up and dried my house in preparation for the restoration process. They were thorough, professional, polite, and the communication was excellent! “I cannot say enough good things about Eli and Independent Restoration Services. Eli and his crew were so efficient, polite, and friendly. This is the first time I have ever had to use a restoration company. I saw a couple of spots in my dining room and had no idea where they came from. My insurance company called Eli and he came out the next day. Eli did a thorough inspection and found out the problem was the roof. He then called my insurance company, told them the problem, and a claim was started. The next day Eli and his crew came out and took up my hardwood floor. They brought fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the concrete floor. Eli is an amazing person, professional, and considerate of his clients and he immediately returns your call if you call him. It was a long journey to get everything repaired due to other contractors involved but Eli stayed with me during this long journey. He is honest, cares for his customers, and is always professional. I truly don’t know what I would have done if Eli had not stayed on top of things. I give Eli and his crew 5 stars, but they deserve a 10. I recommend him 100% if you need a restoration company.”

“Definitely recommend! We had water damage and mold in 2 areas of our home. This was a very intense situation because we are currently being treated for mold exposure from a previous home. I personally could not even be in the house without getting dizzy. Eli was extremely knowledgeable and reasonable with his estimate.
